Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement the improvements when required . 8. Identifies the root cause of quality problems, and coordinates modifications or other corrective actions /preventive action 9. Conducting internal audits at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan and identify and reporting the non-Conformities, inspections and providing onsite training to workers and Staffs. 10. Review the effectiveness of Corrective action and preventive action performed by contractor and suggest CAPA for non-conformities. 11. Preparation of statistics on project quality performance and monitoring of project quality performance and contractors adherence towards specifications/SOP. 12. Monitor all QA/QC related activities on the project site, Reporting Quality reports /MQR/FOR to Corporate Quality monthly. 13. Monitor policies and procedures and report, any areas where improvement is required. 14. Assist the Project/Construction Managers in reviewing the contractors specific quality plans, methodologies and produce recommendations. 15. Ensure timely and effective resolution for QA/QC issues, in coordination with Construction Manager/Consultant/Department Head. 16. Coordinate with the contractor's representative and Site Engineer in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report. 17. Verification of contractors QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials
